1. What is your dress code?
Proper attire is required to play the course. For men, this means a collared shirt with bermuda legnth shorts or slacks. We do allow jeans but prefer guests to wear slacks. For women, this means a collared shirt or golf blouse with medium legnth shorts, skirt, or slacks. T-shirts and sweat clothes are prohibited. We are also a soft spike only facilty.
 
2. How far in advance can reservations be made?
Tee Time reservations can be made up to 14 days in advance. Greens Pass card and Annual Pass holders can reserve 7 days in advance. If you have a group exceeding 12 players, reservations can be arranged further out by contacting Mike or Matt in the golf shop.
 
3. When was the course built and who is the designer?
Greencastle Greens opened in the Spring of 1991. Bob Elder designed the course.
Mr. Elder has designed several golf courses in the Mid Atlantic region and still exclaims that Greencastle is his best work.
 
4. How many tee boxes does the course have and what are the ratings & slopes?
The course provides 4 tee boxes on every hole, offering a good variety for all skill levels.

5.  Do you offer any kind of memberships?
Greencastle offers 2 kinds of annual card programs.
1. The "Greens Pass" players card entitles cardholders discounts averaging 20 percent off regular golf fees, 25% off range balls, 15% off merchandise in the golf shop, and enrollment in our frequent player program. Additional promotions are sent via email to participants throughout the season.
2. The "Annual Pass" players card allows customers to purchase green and or cart fees in one lump sum.

6. What are your hours of operation and how long is your season?
The facility and golf course is open 7 days a week all year round. (Weather Permitting)
March 1 to October 31: Open 6:30am to 7:00pm
November 1 to February 28: Open 7:30am to 5:00pm
 
7. Do you allow outside food & beverage and coolers on the course?
Greencastle Greens resides in a dry township and by law we are not permitted to sell any alcoholic beverages. Therefore we allow our guests to b.y.o.b. and one small 6 pack cooler per cart. Our policy strickly regulates the amounts brought to the course and the consumption to ensure the integrity of the club and the well being of our guests. The staff has the absolute right to deny attmitance and ejection of any customer that does not adhere to the club's policies.
 
8. What age qualifies as a senior?
The club recognizes a senior as being 60 years old. Anyone that meets this criteria will be entitled to our senior rates on any weekday. No senior rates on Weekends or Holidays.
 
9. Do you have a walking policy?
We do not allow walking at Greencastle Greens. Since our green fees include a shared golf car the majority of our guests choose to ride. Also, the space between many of the holes is a hike and walking slows the pace of play.
 
10. How long does it take to complete a round?
Generally it takes 4 hours and 20 minutes. Our policy is to ensure that guests keep a pace of no longer than 15 minutes per hole.
